CANCELATION POLICY
– No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
– Any cancellations made in the timeframe between 20 days before arrival and 8 days before arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 50 % of the total cost of reserved stay. Τhe deposit is not refunded.
– Cancellations less than 8 days before arrival and non shows or departure prior to the scheduled date will be result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of he stay. Τhe deposit is not refunded.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS
– Reservations are confirmed only after a payment with 25% of the total cost of the stay.
– In case of bank transfer it is needed to make the deposit until 4 days in order the reservation to be confirmed.
PAYMENT METHODS
– The advance payment can be sent via bank transfer or by charging credit card and the rest payment will be at check in.
